Our Team

While Julie still leads our creative team, she’s excited to be at the helm of our new effort: Elevated Campaigns.
Julie heads up our expanded strategic and creative team and is working to set a new standard for political communications and advertising.
With experience developing successful direct mail, TV, online and social media, Julie is uniquely suited to manage our firm’s growing list of services. With equal passion for aesthetics and analytics, Julie will ensure Elevated Campaigns’ work continues to look great, tells a compelling story and connects with the right voters.
In the past, Julie spearheaded our independent expenditure work in key states to help elect President Barack Obama, helped elect a handful of Democratic Governors, a trio of US Senators, dozens of members of Congress and hundreds of state legislators.
Julie has also developed winning ballot measure advertising that has helped raise over $2 billion for everything from preserving ranch lands to rebuilding crumbling public schools.
Just a few of Julie’s national clients include: EMILY’s List, National Wildlife Federation, Latina Initiative, Americans for Health Care and SEIU United Healthcare Workers-West.
Julie majored in History and French at the University of Texas at Austin.

Jack Quigley co-founded our parent company, Compass Media Group in 1998 and currently serves as Elevated’s Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer. Jack is known as a passionate fighter for his clients and a fierce campaigner.
He has served as a strategic adviser to national union leaders, big city mayors, reform-minded prosecutors, state and national lawmakers and nonprofit executives. He has crafted innovative organizing and electoral campaigns at all levels.
He prides himself on taking on the fights that are worth fighting, not just the ones that are easy to win. Over the years he has been described by clients as an “idea factory,” “a straight-talker who stays focused on what matters” and “a true believer who never gives in and never gives up.” Jack leads our electronic media practice, directs the firm’s growing crisis communications work and has headed up projects with unions, trade associations and international NGOs.
Jack received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and a master’s degree in communications from Northwestern University. He also worked in crisis communications and management for United Airlines.

Jake has a winning track record working for independent expenditures, organizations, and candidates from Congress to school board.
Jake has also contributed to successful statewide and local ballot measure campaigns, giving him an expansive range of knowledge and experience up and down the ballot. Having managed campaigns and developed paid communications plans for candidates, ballot measures, and public affairs campaigns around the country, Jake knows it takes disciplined messaging, a holistic and integrated communications strategy, and tight execution to win the big fights.
As Elevated’s Vice President of Strategy & Client Services, Jake has a hand in client strategy and message creation, media planning, and oversees the company’s innovation initiatives and business development.
Jake has a degree in political science from the University of Oregon.
