Julie heads up our expanded strategic and creative team and is working to set a new standard for political communications and advertising.
With experience developing successful direct mail, TV, online and social media, Julie is uniquely suited to manage our firm’s growing list of services. With equal passion for aesthetics and analytics, Julie will ensure Elevated Campaigns’ work continues to look great, tells a compelling story and connects with the right voters.
Jack Quigley co-founded our parent company, Compass Media Group in 1998 and currently serves as Elevated’s Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer.
He has served as a strategic adviser to national union leaders, big city mayors, reform-minded prosecutors, state and national lawmakers and nonprofit executives. Jack is known as a passionate fighter for his clients and a fierce campaigner.
